This machine is built for serious underground work, featuring our exclusive twin tilt cylinder upgrade and a Dana 16D front axle with a 6-plate braking system, increasing payload capacity to 10.5 tonnes.

Twin Tilt Cylinder Safety Upgrade

Developed in response to NSW & QLD safety alerts (including NSW Safety Bulletin SB24-02).

Redundancy built-in: Each cylinder can support full load independently—offering a 200% strength increase over standard systems.

Twin counterbalance valves prevent uncontrolled bucket movement.

No visibility loss, full QDS attachment compatibility, and simplified maintenance.

Upgraded pins and bushings for longevity.

Full upgrade includes intermediate links, guards, manifolds, cylinder assemblies, and high-spec components.

 

Dana 16D Front Axle with 6-Plate Brake System

Genuine Dana 16D axle installed to front end.

Features 6-plate brakes for powerful, reliable stopping in high-load tramming.

Upgrades payload rating to 10.5 tonnes.
